It is my opinion, that despite the psychiatric diagnosis described in the attached report, Mr. Kaczynski is not suffering from a mental disease of defect rendering him mentally incompetent to the extent that he is unable to understand the nature and consequences of the proceedings filed against him or to assist his attorneys in his own defence. I have enclosed the report detailing this opinion....
