Defendant's Motion to Compel Discovery Relevant to Defendant's Motion to Suppress was argued on April 1, 1997, before the undersigned. Quin Denvir and Judy Clarke appeared for defendant; R. Steven Lapham. Stephen P. Freccero, Bernard E. Hubley, and Robert L. Cleary appeared on behalf of the United States. The court has considered the arguments presented and the parties<sup>1</sup> filings in support of and in opposition to the motion.
