To the insurgents, to the revolutionaries, to our like-minded comrades and accomplices: We assume full responsibility for the destructive attack carried out during the early morning of Thursday, February 25, 2016, with an incendiary/explosive device against the Banco Santander branch located on Avenida José Miguel Carrera near the corner of Avenida Fernández Albano.
Using an incendiary mixture of napalm and gasoline in a plastic drum, and five butane-propane gas cartridges attached to it, all detonated thanks to a double-clocking system configured to manage the necessary time, allowing us to withdraw from the site and surrounding area without setbacks or surprises despite the night being particularly besieged by police contingents under the crude strategy of massive preventive control. Given this context, our courage and determination once again managed to advance and ridicule their repressive measures, thus carrying out the previously planned destruction.
In response to the apparent substitute on duty, we have never intended to initiate or contribute to a “democratic,” dictatorial, or popular debate. You should be abundantly aware of this. History has proven this, and our present contributes to and nourishes the continuation of the war against the Capital State. Navigating this ongoing conflict, we have decided to respond to the call for solidarity with Francisco Solar and Mónica Caballero, prisoners in Spain since 2013 and about to begin the trial against them, which seeks to bury their comrades who have served several decades in prison.
We recognize in their theoretical and practical coherence a sincere revolutionary affinity that instinctively calls us to stand in solidarity with them and other prisoners throughout the world who, despite the sickening repressive, judicial, and prison landscape, maintain their confrontational stances. We salute the comrades of the Conspiracy of Cells of Fire in Greece and comrade Aggeliki Spyropoulou, who are currently on trial following the dismantling of their escape plan. We also salute comrade Nikos Maziotis, kidnapped in Korydallos prison, and we especially dedicate this Night of Fire and Destruction to the irreducible comrade Pola Rouppa, who allegedly attempted an aerial rescue of subversive prisoners from a helicopter in Korydallos prison.
Regardless of the materials and methods used on this occasion, we believe that the fight against Power is a multifaceted construction without any superior or better practices than others, when all of them aim for and sustain within their pillars an autonomous, dignified, horizontal, fraternal, informal, and coherent practice, without denying, under any pretext—or scenario—these foundations that give substance to anarchic resistance and offensive.
Also within this revolutionary perspective of conceiving the confrontation against Power and Authority, we distance ourselves from any discourse that seeks to expand indiscriminate attacks and the visualization of any person as a target to be attacked and killed. As the unrestricted source of our actions, we seek to avoid harm to third parties who happen to be near the target of the attack, understanding that all planning—today—is consistent with the focus on a material objective. The attack has its ethics and is not indiscriminate; we have embraced the arson attack, but we no longer support the ideas that are trying to spread.
The development of the Social War is not declining; on the contrary, it advances and expands. We continue to focus on the construction of multiple informal attack networks that destroy the existing order. We must now strengthen revolutionary practices in all places where relations of power and oppression are reproduced. The struggle is continuous and endless: Strength and perseverance in the onslaught against the enemy.

La Cisterna: Reivindicación de ataque incendiario/explosivo contra Banco Santander (Chile)
A lxs insurrectxs, a lxs revolucionarxs, a compañerxs afines y cómplices: asumimos la absoluta responsabilidad del ataque destructivo llevado a cabo durante la madrugada del día jueves 25 de febrero de 2016 con un artefacto incendiario/explosivo contra la sucursal del Banco Santander ubicada en Avenida José Miguel Carrera casi esquina Avenida Fernández Albano.
Con una mezcla incendiaria compuesta por napalm y bencina dentro de un bidón plástico, y adosados a él cinco cartuchos de gas butano-propano, todo detonado gracias a un doble sistema de relojería configurado para manejar el tiempo necesario que nos permitió retirarnos del lugar y entorno sin contratiempos ni sorpresas pese a ser una noche particularmente asediada por contingentes policiales bajo la burda estrategia del control preventivo masivo. Ante éste contexto, caracterizadxs y decididxs logramos nuevamente avanzar y ridiculizar sus medidas represivas concretando así la destrucción anteriormente planificada.
Saliendo al paso del aparecido subrogante de turno, jamás hemos pretendido iniciar o contribuir a un debate “democrático” ni dictatorial ni popular eso deben tenerlo más que claro, la historia así lo ha demostrado y nuestro presente aporta y nutre la continuidad de la guerra contra el Estado-Capital. Transitando en éste permanente conflicto hemos decidido responder al llamado solidario con Francisco Solar y Mónica Caballero, prisionerxs en España desde el año 2013 y prontos a iniciar el juicio en su contra que ansía la sepultura de lxs compañerxs con varias décadas de cárcel.
Reconocemos en su coherencia teórico/práctica una sincera afinidad revolucionaria que nos convoca instintivamente a solidarizar con ellxs y otrxs prisionerxs a lo largo del mundo que a pesar del enfermizo panorama represivo, judicial y carcelario sostienen intactas sus posturas de confrontación, saludamos a lxs compañerxs de la Conspiración de Células del Fuego en Grecia y a la compañera Aggeliki Spyropoulou quienes actualmente se encuentran en juicio tras el desmantelamiento del plan de fuga, así mismo saludamos al compañero Nikos Maziotis secuestrado en la prisión de Korydallos y dedicamos especialmente ésta noche de Fuego y Destrucción a la irreductible compañera Pola Rouppa quien habría intentado un rescate aéreo de prisionerxs subversivxs desde un helicóptero en la prisión de Korydallos.
Independiente de los materiales y métodos utilizados en ésta ocasión, consideramos que el combate al Poder es una construcción multiforme sin prácticas superiores o mejores que otras cuando todas ellas apuntan y sostienen en sus pilares la práctica autónoma, digna, horizontal, fraterna, informal y coherente, sin renegar bajo ningún pretexto –y escenario– de éstos cimientos que dan cuerpo a la resistencia y ofensiva anárquica.
También bajo esta perspectiva revolucionaria de concebir la confrontación contra el Poder y la Autoridad, nos distanciamos de todo discurso que busque expandir el ataque indiscriminado y la visualización de cualquier persona como un objetivo a atacar y dar muerte. Como fuente irrestricta de nuestras acciones buscamos evitar el daño a terceras personas que por azar circulen cerca del objetivo a atacar, entendiendo que toda planificación –hoy–es acorde a la focalización de un objetivo material. El ataque tiene moral y no es indiscriminado, abrazamos la acción incendiaria mas no compartimos el discurso que se busca propagar.
El desarrollo de la Guerra Social no decae por el contrario avanza y se proyecta, seguimos apostando por la construcción de múltiples redes informales de ataque que destrocen el orden existente. Afianzar ahora las practicas revolucionarias en todos los lugares donde se reproduzcan las relaciones de poder y opresión, la lucha es continua y sin final: Fuerza y constancia a las embestidas contra el enemigo.
