Some time ago I sent you a cop-out about the fact that the officers who sit outside my window to watch me often have their radios turned up loud at night. After that there was a great improvement. However, the problem has recently begun to come back. For example, on  the night of March 8-9 the officer had his radio turned up loud.

Ramzi Yousef also has complained to me about being awakened at night by the officer's radio.
