I would appreciate it very much if you could answer the following question for me. As far as you know, would there be any risk in taking, say, 250 mg per day of vitamin C in addition to a al diet? Since I have to spend a lot of time out of doors, I be at greater risk than the average person of developing racts due to ultraviolet-induced oxidation of proteins in the eye ...
